The building is built entirely of stone Langa but two of the main building facades feature a plaster easily detachable to bring to light the beautiful underlying stone.

The stall and the barn are completely to be restored while the main building requires a partial renovation. Valuable and in excellent condition are the floors in "cementine" authentic Piedmontese of the living room and of one of the rooms  as well as that in terracotta tiled of one of the other rooms.
