A house made of stones

The stone house (530mq) is on three levels adapting to the movements of the hill: two large apartments on the first and second, connected to each other if needed, and a romantic loft on the highest level.

Each apartment has a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, bedrooms with marble bathrooms, floors in fine oak parquet,  wooden ceilings with exposed beams. The apartments are equipped with all services, Internet connections, satellite TV, and outside BBQ with a dining area. The swimming pool, embedded in the travertine marble flooring, and the breathtaking views on the valley are common to all the house guests.

On the first level, 250sqm, in addition to the fully equipped laundry, storage and technical rooms, there is a 160 sqm apartment overlooking the lawn on the pool level. The living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen share a large open space with a fireplace near the sofa. The main entrance opens onto a beautiful porch with stone floor where you can sit and enjoy the nature that surrounds him. Even the three large bedrooms, each with its own marble bathroom, overlooking on the porch which can be accessed from the window doors.

The large and bright apartment that occupies the entire second level of the structure, covering an area of 180sqm meters plus 105sqm meters of terrace, has a large and beautiful living room where you can relax near a large fireplace, the large windows, that overlook the immense wooden terrace overlooking the valley below, capture and bring in nature with its light. The kitchen and the dining area can be opened directly to the outside barbecue area.

Three are the bedrooms, one with double bed that seems suspended in space, a triple warm and cozy and the third has a mezzanine where kids love to go to sleep. The bathrooms are luxuriously lined with Carrara marble Statuary.

At the third level is the attic loft, 40 sqm, with a huge terrace, 50 sqm, and the amzing view.

To reach the apartment you follow a short uphill path and cross a small wooden bridge, as in the old castles, so arrive in a beautiful terrace with a wonderful view of the valley. Opening the sliding glass door you enter the living room with sofas, dining area and kitchen. The sleeping area, with a double bed, is obtained in the mezzanine of the loft. The bathroom is in Carrara marble. The vast terrace is equipped with barbecue, dining area and solarium.

State of repair:

The current maintenance status of the property  is excellent since the property has been completely rebuilt in 2011. Externally the house is characterized by facades in Langa stones,  with terraces and porch in wooden. Internally there are luxury finishes, floors in parquet by long staves of solid oak, Statuary Carrara marble in the bathrooms, wooden ceilings with exposed beams. The furnishings is refined and elegant.

All systems are high-tech and independent for each apartment, the LPG boiler is centralized and solar panels guarantee almost the whole year the accumulation of hot water necessary for simultaneous use up to 20 people.

The stone house  has been rebuilt with a particular care for the environment through the use of eco-sustainable materials and sophisticated thermal insulation that have enabled it to obtain the Certificate of Energy Performance (EPC) in class B

On the property there are all utilities: city water supply, electricity, underground LPG tank for the heating system, three biological pits, wi-fi, solar system.
