Inside the housing part, in addition to the more recent bathroom, the other rooms are typical of the peasant houses of the time, floors in cement tiles or grit, lime plaster walls, simple glass wooden windows. Many still original things of the time.

On the property there is electricity and water from a consortium aqueduct. To avoid supply problems has recently been excavated an artesian well, of over 200 m depth, which ensures a free and unlimited quantity of water.


Agricultural lands, for a total of 157.000 square meters, consists of arable and uncultivated production 71.948 square meters, former vineyard 9.230 sqm, coppice 26.830 sqm, uncultivated sterile 52.160 sqm
